Director of IFS (Intercorp Financial Services) and Director of Interbank since 2019. Additionally, he is CEO and Director of Intercorp Peru Ltd., and director of InRetail Peru Corp., Inteligo Group Corp., InRetail Pharma, Universidad Tecnológica del Perú, Colegios Peruanos, Interseguro, Tiendas Peruanas, Supermercados Peruanos, Financiera OH! S.A., Intertítulos, Homecenters Peruanos, and Inteligo Bank. He has previously served as CEO of SABmiller in Peru and Panama, General Manager of Indecopi, and Director of several other companies, business unions and NGOs. He has occupied the position of Prime Minister of Peru, and that of Minister of Economy and Finance of Peru in two different occasions. Mr. Zavala holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from the Universidad del Pacífico (Lima, Peru), an MBA from the Universidad de Piura (Peru), and an MBA from the University of Birmingham (England).
