Anti-Corruption Policy

IPH is committed to conducting its business in compliance with applicable laws, standards, and regulations and with the highest ethical standards, with a “zero-tolerance” approach to any act of corruption.

Our Anti-Corruption Policy is complementary to the Code of Ethics and defines guidelines for compliance with anti-corruption laws and policies applicable to IPH operations, including the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and Peruvian Law Nº 30424
