In the private sector he has served as CEO in Peru of the multinational SABMiller, a position that he also held in Panama and member of the Board of Directors of several companies in Peru, as well as business associations and NGOs.

Before joining Citigroup, Mr. Castellanos was responsible for the treasury department at Minera Yanacocha S.A. Mr. Castellanos has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidad del Pacífico and a master's degree in business administration from Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.

Reynaldo has Been with Intercorp for more than 25 years, holding different positions related to Stock Broking, Asset Management and Wealth Management. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Inteligo Bank Ltd, Interfondos SAFM and the Lima Stock Exchange, and a member of the Investment Committee of Interseguro.

Reynaldo has an MBA from Columbia Business School where he graduated with honors and has a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Lima. Reynaldo is married, has two daughters and currently resides in New York.
